Chef Michael Vaitsas is an executive chef that graduated from Johnson and Wales in providence Rhode Island back in 2002. He has had 18+ years of culinary experience in many of the areas top restaurants. His food has been seen in southern living, and a few other smaller magazines. He brings passion, classical technique, and fuses flavors from a very broad spectrum of areas and regions.
